  • CE Marking

    CE
    Marking

    CE
    Marking

The CE marking on a product indicates that the manufacturer of the product affirms its compliance with the relevant EU legislation and, therefore, can be sold in the EU.

  • RoHS compliant

    RoHS
    compliant

    RoHS
    compliant

The Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive restricts the use of ten hazardous materials in the manufacture of various types of electronic and electrical equipment.

  • IEC 60332 compliant

    IEC 60332
    compliant

    IEC 60332
    compliant

IEC 60332 is a normative issued by the International Electrotechnical Commission about test values pertaining cable flammability and fire propagation classifications.

  • Low Smoke Zero Halogen

    Low Smoke
    Zero Halogen

    Low Smoke
    Zero Halogen

LSZH cable jackets are built to emit limited smoke and no halogen when exposed to high sources of heat. To be certified, a cable must conform to a specific set of norms.

  • Building features

    Building features

  • Highly flexible

    Highly flexible

    Highly flexible

The adoption of particular internal construction elements allow the drastic reduction of friction between the components of the cable, the different cores, thus minimizing the mechanical stresses induced during the installation process, when subject to bending.

  • Multiple shielding

    Multiple shielding

    Multiple shielding

Cables with multiple layers of shieldings. Depending on the type of cable and the categories of signals for which the cables have been designed, the shields can be made using different combinations of materials and/or construction techniques, thus obtaining maximum isolation from external or self-induced interference.

  • PUR Sheath

    PUR Sheath

    PUR Sheath

The polyurethane of the outer sheath of these cables gives the cable high surface hardness, excellent resistance to abrasion and a very low coefficient of friction. This allows to reduce sheath thickness without compromising its strength and safety, giving the cable a narrower total diameter compared to common PVC sheaths.

  • Double sheath

    Double sheath

    Double sheath

Outer thick sheath that ensures high robustness and the maintenance of functional distances between internal components. The sheath is made through a double extrusion process, giving the cabler the option to remove a layer thus allowing the use of connectors that would not support the housing of larger cables.

  • Usage type

    Usage type

  • Outdoor use

    Outdoor use

    Outdoor use

Exposure to bad weather and sunlight can degrade the outer sheaths over time. The careful choice of PVC compounds makes these cables insensitive to normal environmental conditions and gives greater resistance to exposure to UV rays (UV-resistant jackets).

  • Temporary installation

    Temporary installation

    Temporary installation

The external sheaths are made with a particular PVC compond allowing larger thicknesses, thus ensuring greater strength against crushing and dragging without compromising the weight and general flexibility. Particular distribution techniques of the internal elements make the cable resistant to deformations due to frequent winding cycles.

  • Permanent installation

    Permanent installation

    Permanent installation

The use of optimized thicknesses, the choice of specific materials and a particular care for design essentiality allow for generally thinner cables, in order to reduce costs for jobs requiring permanent installations.

  • Resistance qualities

  • Wide temperature range

    Wide temperature range

    Wide temperature range

Special PVC Compounds allow these cables to resist over time in particularly hostile environments characterized by large thermal excursions.

  • Flame retardant

    Flame retardant

    Flame retardant

These cables are designed with self-extinguishing characteristics in order to avoid the spreading of flames in the event of fire.

  • Oil resistant

    Oil resistant

    Oil resistant

The external sheaths of these cables allow use in environments contaminated by oils, avoiding the premature degradation of the electromechanical characteristics of the components.
